HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Standard orders are typically shipped to their new happy home between 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In super rare occasions, parcels get held up in customs, something that is completely beyond my control + this may delay shipping a bit. Thanks for your patience.

Please check turnaround times for custom orders.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me prior to purchasing + I'll do my best to have your item(s) ready on time.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, I do. I’m so excited to be able to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible for my international customers. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your destination + view the options available to you. Please check with your local customs office about rules + regulations that may apply to you.

And please don’t ask us to mark your international order as "Gift" on the customs form or otherwise falsify customs information. That’s not how I roll.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED?

Unless otherwise arranged, I ship to the address listed in your invoice. I’m not responsible for packages not received because of incorrect address.

If your order is a gift, please contact me immediately after placing your order to make sure we sent your parcel to the right place. I'm also happy to include a custom note if you wish. 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

I do not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside of Panama. For all Panamanian orders a sales tax of 7% does apply.

 

WHERE + WHEN ARE DIGITAL ORDERS SENT?

Unless otherwise arranged, digital products are sent immediately after purchase to the e-mail address used in the transaction. Heavier digital files, like my Life is Messy Planners® + Life is Messy Kitchen® Digital Kit are sent within 24 hours of purchase, as stated in the product description.

 

MY DIGITAL ORDER IS MISSING IN ACTION. WHAT DO IT DO?

Did you check your SPAM folder? Did you check your e-mail account associated with your purchase? No luck? Okay, e-mail me at mayicarles@gmail.com right away. Include your name + e-mail + copy of your receipt. I will kill the troll that ate your order + resend your files shortly. Fret not.

 

WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON LOST + DELAYED PACKAGES?

In the event of a lost or delayed package, I please ask that you wait 8 weeks before I resend your item. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages, find their way in that time frame. If your item does not arrive after that time frame, I will resent a brand new one to you on me.

Needless to say, I am not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided on the part of the buyer.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?

I want you to absolutely LOVE your product. If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, or your order is damaged in transit, please let us know and we will be more than happy to make it right via refund or replacement. Please understand that used + opened + final sale items cannot be returned. Custom + digital orders are non-refundable once your order is processed.

 

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

I take the utmost care + concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. I will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name + address + credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

 

ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM WORK?

As well as being a brand we also act as a custom design studio + are available to take on custom design + illustration work on a limited basis. Please email my at mayicarles@gmail.com about your project.

The time it takes for custom work varies depending on the scope of each project. Please contact me for more information.

 

CAN I WRITE YOU IN SPANISH?

I'm fluent in both English + Spanish, so please feel free to write me in the language you feel most comfortable with.

All items are available for wholesale. For more information on pricing + availability, please e-mail at mayicarles@gmail.com. When e-mailing me, please try to include the following information: items + quantity you're interested in carrying + brief description of store, so that I may accurately quote the cost + availability + time frame for delivery.

 

DO YOU DO CONSIGNMENT?

At this time I'm unable to consider any consignment opportunities. I'm very fortunate to be working with a number of wonderful stockiest + wouldn't be able to keep up with the demands of adding consignment stores. However, please be aware that you can still place wholesale orders.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS + CONDITIONS ON DIGITAL ORDERS?

When you purchase my digital files you're granted an exclusive permission to utilize my designs for your own use + personal projects + gift items only. Reselling + mass production + file sharing and/or derivative work are not allowed. If you wish to be granted especial permission to utilize my designs for commercial purposes + bulk printing + resale or any other special circumstances, please contact me for details about licensing. Thanks for understanding.

 

CAN I SHARE YOUR WORK?

I'm humbled by all the kind comments + amazing support I've received since starting my shop. If you love my stuff + wish to feature me too in your blog + website + magazine + book, you're very welcome. Just please do let me know when you do, so I can do cart wheels + a happy dance + share it with my network. Also, I ask that you please give proper credit to all my work + link back to my site.

All designs + photos + illustrations text are exclusive property of yours truly + are under copyright protection + cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission. Any recreation without my written permission is a violation of copyright law. Thanks for playing nice. Otherwise, except a letter from my lawyer, otherwise know as my mom. And believe me, no one wants to mess with my mum! Ask dad.
